Mohan M is an accomplished Geologist with over 15 years of exploration experience across Tumkur, Shivamogga, and several regions within Karnataka.
He possesses a strong background in mineral exploration, geological mapping, drilling supervision, and mining operations, having gained extensive expertise at Mineral Enterprises Ltd. in reconnaissance surveys, core logging, geological section preparation, mining scheme planning, and groundwater exploration, along with contributing to feasibility studies and ore evaluation. His consulting tenure with Vasundhara Geo-Services further broadened his technical exposure across diverse geological assignments. Currently serving as a Geologist at the Somanahalli Iron Ore Block, he oversees exploration activities, quality control, map and section updates, ore reserve estimation, and drilling programs, while also managing IBM, DGMS, and explosive returns, supporting mine operations in the Mine Manager’s absence, and liaising with regulatory departments. His extensive field experience and well-rounded technical–operational expertise reflect his strong professional capability and dedication to the mining sector.
